EXAMINATION INFORMATION
Guidelines
All parts of the examination must be taken at the same time. If you do not pass the examination on the first attempt, you may retake it again after 90 days.
Those passing the exam will receive a certificate which is valid for three years. Recertification is required every three years and may be achieved through the accumulation of continuing legal education hours.

Examination Fees
The exam fee is $125, $25 of which is a non-refundable application fee.
Retake fee is $75 per each retake.
Transfer/Refund Policy
You may transfer your examination or retake fee once per payment. The exam fee of $100 may be refunded:
- if requested 30 days or more before the initial exam date;
- due to serious medical emergency of examinee;
- due to serious medical emergency of an immediate family member of examinee; or
- due to death of an immediate family member.
